- Key Deliverables:
- Serve customers with regards to their banking inquiries on Deposits, Cards, life insurance and any other ICICI Bank product.
- Managing Inbound and Outbound Phone calls, emails for servicing of customers inquiries and request in a professional and customer oriented manner.
- Should be able to understand customer needs, company products and services and be able to multi-task between answering phone calls and back office functions.
- Needs to be customer focused and pro actively suggest alternatives.
- Provide inputs on process improvement based on customer feedback.

- Good Communication Skills, command over English.

- Qualifications:
- Graduates with 0 to 2yrs of Experience.
- Age:- Less than 28 yrs
