Job Description: System Admin
## The CIRATS co-ordinator will be responsible for the following tasks:
• Coordination for closure of Issue & APAR as per the agreed timeline in the
department.
• Document upon notification of new records been raised.
• Coordination with the Technical teams for timely updates (resolution plan, change
implementation, closure, applicability, risk of not implementing etc) for timely
closure.
• Extension of records where they cannot be closed as per the target dates with the
help of Account Service Manager with required artefacts in the CIRATS DB.
• Add / remove technical contacts, housekeeping of department documents (based on
inputs from the service manager).
• Escalate where Issue / APAR cannot be closed as per target dates.
• Produce reports on Issue / APAR status on the account for internal management and
for Service Manager / customer requirement if any.
• Create CIRATS departments based on input from the Service Manager
• Complete Security and SM (Business Controls) Service Activation & Deactivation
checklists.
Desired Profile
# An understanding of the following components or related IBM Processes that make up
the ITIL framework is required:
# Configuration Management
# Service Desk
# Incident Management
# Problem Management
# Change Management
# Release Management
# IT Security Services & Business Control
# Minimum 15 or more years of education required
# Total 0 to 2 Years of experience required
## Required Skills - Technical and Non Technical
# Technical understanding of Unix/Windows security infrastructure
# Basic Knowledge in Networking concepts
# Sound knowledge in IBM Security Standards & Compliance
# Basic Knowledge in ISO 27001
# ITIL Certified
Required: Bachelor's Degree, Fluent English
