Job Description : Applications are invited for filling up following posts :
* Assistant Public Prosecutor (Group A in the Directorate ot Public Prosecutions, Home Department.) : 82 posts
Pay Scale : Rs.7450-225-11500/-
Age Limit: 33 years as on 01/01/2010.Relaxation in age as per rules
Education : Degree in Law of a statutory university and experience of working as an advocate in the High Court or in a Court subordinate thereto, for a period of not less than 5 years.
Application form : Application form with Prospectus is available in the designated Post Offices in the state of Maharashtra only in their working hours for which the cost is Rs.100/-.
Application Fee : Rs.400 (Rs.200/-for BC) should be paid in the Post Office by cash along with application.
How To Apply : The duly filled up Application Form along with required fee should be submitted only at any of the designated Post Offices in their working hours
