Job Description: SLIET ( SANT LONGOWAL INSTITUTE OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY) will conduct Walk-in-Interview for contractual appointment of Lecturers on contract basis

Requirement : Lecturers in subjects of Physics,Chemistry, English,Chemical Technology,Computer Science & Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical & Instrumentation Engineering,Mechanical

Qualification :

• Engineering – First class Master’s degree in the appropriate branch of Engg./ Tech. together with First Class Bachelor’s degree in appropriate branch of Engg./ Tech OR
• First Class Bachelor’s degree in the appropriate branch of Engg./ Tech. or equivalent valid GATE score, minimum 75 percentile. OR
• First class Bachelor’s degree in appropriate branch of Engg./ Tech., Humanities and Science – Ph. D. degree in the appropriate branch OR
• 1st class at Master Degree in the appropriate branch of Humanities & Sciences with the NET for Lecturers conducted by the UGC, CSIR or
• similar test OR
• 1st class at Master’s Degree in the appropriate branch of Humanities & Sciences.,

Consolidate Salary : Rs.19680 pm / Rs. 18000/- pm

Walk-In-Interview : The interested candidates should come for interview along with original documents on 12/08/2009 at 9.00 am (for Chemistry, Physics, English & Chemical Tech.) and 12.00 Noon for the remaining disciplines in the Administrative Block, SLIET, Longowal.
