  • Managing Inbound and Outbound Phone calls, emails for servicing of customers inquiries and request in a professional and customer oriented manner.
  • Should be able to understand customer needs, company products and services and be able to multi-task between answering phone calls and back office functions.
  • Needs to be customer focused and pro actively suggest alternatives.
  • Provide inputs on process improvement based on customer feedback.
