sir i am an fresher,completed my graduation i 2002.later joined government department and worked there for 6 years.i quit my job in march 2010.i want a career in bpo as i am proficient and had knowledge about computers.can i be selected in this sector as i lack relevant past experience in this sector and i am willing to work and what steps had to be taken to attend an interview
